My stay at Kolkhida Resort & Spa was fantastic. The location on the beach was ideal, ensuring breathtaking views and easy access to the water. I enjoyed the small farm on the premises, which provided entertainment for my children with its peacocks, chickens, rabbits, ducks. The gardens throughout the resort were beautifully maintained, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Additionally, the presence of two large soccer/football fields was a great bonus for sports enthusiasts like myself. The live music every night, featuring an incredibly talented jazz singer, added a special touch to the evenings. I had a wonderful experience at Kolkhida Resort & Spa.

Beachfront and good breakfast the hotel had a prime location right on the water, making it convenient for beach lovers. the breakfast was also tasty and offered a good variety of options. there was a nice play area for kids which was fun and kept them entertained.

Poor room conditions and unhelpful staff Unfortunately, the rooms were in dire need of maintenance, with broken locks and slippery tiles. the staff didn't speak English well and refused to address our concerns.

Nestled right on the beach and surrounded by a beautiful garden, this hotel offers an excellent location for a seaside vacation. the black sand beach and the crystal, clear sea are just steps away from the comfortable rooms, some of which offer spectacular views of the dancing waves. the hotel provides wonderful facilities such as a stunning pool, live music, and a great all, inclusive meal plan.

The Wi, Fi signal may be spotty in some areas and may require travelers to purchase a local SIM card upon arrival.

We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel. The location right on the beach was perfect for us, as we could easily access the sun lounge beds and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. The hotel also offers a range of services that enhanced our comfort, such as room service, car hire, and housekeeping. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met.

We loved the hotel's location right on the black sand beach with its own private sun loungers. The garden was also beautiful with lots of peacocks and other animals. We enjoyed the large swimming pools and the kids loved the two soccer fields. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the private beach with sun lounge beds, ideal location. The all-inclusive meals with a full variety of tasty Georgian cuisine were delicious. The hotel's nightly entertainment with music and family-friendly activities kept us engaged and the hotel management was extremely cooperative.

The rooms need renovation – the doors to the terrace were without handles, wooden windows and doors were rotten, unlockable to the bathroom, and were very uncomfortable. Although the staff was courteous, we had to wait a long time when we requested items, and the Wi-Fi coverage was only available in common areas.
